His passion for The Oliang is to create a small, safe space where the neighborhood can enjoy fresh, high-quality Thai comfort food. That’s why the menu is intentionally limited, he wants to ensure the quality of every ingredient in every dish. His philosophy in life and business is simple: ‘Focus’ and ‘Consistency.’ He began his career in New York 13 years ago as a dishwasher, and over time, he worked in every role in a restaurant without even realizing it, eventually becoming the owner.
